– 400 g cannelloni beans, drained, rinsed
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1/4 cup almond meal
– 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
– Vegetables and crackers, to serve
Combine all of the ingredients and process until almost smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
Instead of infused oil, you can use 1/4 cup olive oil mixed with 1 crushed garlic clove.
