Paprika Parmesan Granola Bars

Crumble these bars for a satisfying salad ingredient. With this simple and delicious granola bar recipe on hand, you won’t ever be tempted to skip breakfast again.

– 1 c. rolled toasted oats
– 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
– 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
– 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
– 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
– 1/2 tsp. black pepper
– 2 beaten large egg whites
– 1/2 c. unsweetened nut butter
– 1/2 c. freeze-dried vegetable bits
– 1/3 c. chopped smoked almonds
– 3 tbsp. chia seeds


Step 1: Take an 8-inch by 8-inch metal pan with greased foil, Combine all the ingredients and press firmly into the pan.

Step 2: Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees F. Cool completely and remove the mixture from the pan. Cut into 8 bars and serve on a room temperature up to 1 week.
